Geodetické a kartografické činnosti pri výstavbe OC XXXLutz v Nitre

Abstract

Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá vybranými činnosťami inžinierskej geodézie počas výstavby objektu obchodného centra XXXLutz v Nitre. Diplomová práca približuje dôležitú úlohu geodeta ako súčasť investičnej výstavby, či už na začiatku rekognoskáciou terénu, pri vyhotovovaní podkladov potrebných pre tvorbu projektovej dokumentácie, ďalej vybudovaním základnej vytyčovacej siete, z ktorej vychádzajú potrebné merania a vytýčenia počas realizácie až po vyhotovenie finálnej dokumentácie k vydaniu kolaudačného rozhodnutia a odovzdaniu stavebného diela investorovi. Práca analyzuje aj legislatívne a technické predpisy, ktoré je potrebné poznať pre vykonávanie týchto geodetických činností.

This diploma thesis deals with selected activities of engineering geodesy during the construction of the XXXLutz shopping center in Nitra. The diploma thesis presents the important role of a surveyor as part of investment construction, whether at the beginning with terrain reconnaissance, in preparing the documents necessary for the creation of project documentation, then by building a basic layout network, from which the necessary measurements and layouts are based during the implementation up to the preparation of the final documentation for issuing the building inspection decision and handing over the construction work to the investor. The thesis also analyzes the legislative and technical regulations that need to be known for performing these geodetic activities.
