Benchmarking a jeho využití při výkonu správy majetku

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je studie benchmarkingu a jeho využití při výkonu správy majetku. Práce je rozdělena na 6 kapitol, kde první z nich se obecně zbývá úvodem do terminologie Facility managementu a jeho standardizací. Dále popisuje zařazení a vzájemnou vazbu mezi úrovní řízení Facility managementu a benchmarkingem. V následujících dvou kapitolách je již představena problematika samotného benchmarkingu, jeho historie, typy, přínosy, překážky a podrobně popsán postup průběhu provedení. Čtvrtá a pátá kapitola se věnuje již realizovaným studiím v zahraničních zemích a také u nás v České republice a na závěr poslední kapitolu tvoří SWOT analýza výkonu benchmarkingu.

Aim of the thesis is a study of Benchmarking and its use in the performance of asset management. The work is divided into six chapters, the first of which generally remains an introduction to the terminology Facility Management and its standardization. It also describes the inclusion of a correlation between levels of management Facility management and benchmarking. In the following two chapters have presented the issue of benchmarking itself, its history, types, benefits, barriers and described in detail during the design process. The fourth and fifth chapter is devoted to studies already carried out in foreign countries as well as here in the Czech Republic and at the end of the last chapter made a SWOT analysis of performance benchmarking.
