Komparace managementu dvou tanečních klubů v Bohumíně

Abstract

This thesis deals with the comparison of two dance clubs in Bohumin. The aim is to compare these two files from a management standpoint and especially to compare the method of financing, organizational structure and customer satisfaction. The first part is theoretical, devoted to clarifying the main concepts of the field. In the second part of its research are sketched various dance companies and Joy & Impulse Kates. Each file is listed in their history, organizational structure of reported profits and losses with graphs, a SWOT analysis, interview with the club manager and the replies of respondents to a questionaire. The work came profit of both clubs, confirming the lack of financial support by the State Dance Sport or assessing customer satisfaction with the management of clubs.
