Analýza systému odměňování a motivace zaměstnanců vodního parku

Abstract

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the Analysis of the Remuneration and Motivation System of Water Park Employees. The purpose of the bachelor's thesis is to evaluate the current system of employee remuneration and motivation. The aim is also to find out whether the workers of the water park lack certain offers of benefits from their employer, or whether they are somehow demotivated in their jobs. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines terms that are closely related to the motivation and remuneration of employees. Subsequently, the methods used are described. In the practical part, the characteristics of the water park, the division and description of individual jobs, the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the company and the results of a questionnaire survey of current employees and an interview of former employees of the water park are presented. After analyzing the data obtained from the questionnaire, shortcomings are identified and recommendations for changes to employer that could improve employee satisfaction and improve the existing remuneration system and employee motivation are subsequently proposed.
