Směsná keramika a její využití v technické praxi

Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with composite ceramics and its use in technical practice. In the theoretical part, the technical ceramics and its use is described. Furthermore, this ceramic is divided into oxide, non-oxide and composite ceramics. Production, properties and use of composite ceramic is described. In the practical part, the sample of mixed ceramics Al2O3-TiC was metallographically prepared. The structure was then observed on a scanning electron microscope and the composition of the sample was determined by EDX analysis. Then, the sample was annealed and the Vickers hardness was measured.
