The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create architectural drawings of a dwelling house in order to get a building permit. We also produce other necessary documents dealing with building exterior walls, building site equipment, schedule and budget.

The architectural drawings are created according to the legitimate laws. It is a three-floor dwelling house with a partial basement. There are three floors above the ground and each of them consists of four living units. On the ground floor there is a three-room flat designed as a disabled-friendly flat. The basement consists of a boiler room, storages and cellars. The dwelling house is covered with a single-ply flat roofing. We have chosen a modern clay block structural walling system Porotherm. The exterior walls are made of clay tiles filled with mineral wool.
