Abstract

This Thesis focuses on questions of Business Ethics in Komercni Banka, inc. Work is specialized in analysis of ethics behaviour, detection of existing situation and its evaluation. The primary aim is exploration of ethics background in the Bank and identify currenty used ethics instruments. The first section of the Thesis is focused on theoretical approaches to Business Etihics and it explaines key elements related to the topic. Second section is focused on analzsis of edic principles impelmentation in Komercni Banka, inc., epmhasiying the role of ethical instruments. Based on analysis proposals and recommendations for improvement were formulated.
