Návrh pohonu zdvihového vrátku 10t s asynchronním motorem a měničem frekvence

Abstract

The thesis is focused on modernization of 10t winch that is a part of electrical equipment of HM1000 crane. At present winch is made of discontinued electrical components. Maintenance and problem solving costs lot of financial and technical resources, all broken parts needs to be replaced by suitable spare parts. Mechanical dimensions and electrical parameters of these spares have to fit replaced parts. The thesis includes concept of a new drive with electric motor that brings more efficiency and smaller loss than asynchronous electric motor with ring armature used at present. Operating lifetime is another important point of this solution. The new concept has to match all mechanical and electrical standards, noticek and laws.
