Abstract

Theme of this bachelor work is „Employee Education and Development System Analysis in MSA, a. s. Company.“ Theoretical part gives a definition of system of education, process of learning and concrete methods of education. Analytical part engages in present situation of education and development in MSA, a. s. Company. For this analysis questionnaire survey method and interview with personnel officer was used. On the basis of this analysis the last part includes proposals and recommendations, which should lead to an improvement of the present situation of education and development system and also to more satisfied employees.
