Abstract
This thesis deals with one of modern methods of human resources training, used to increase sales at a particular bank. Training of human resources should always be based on the strategy and culture of the organization. Modern method which is described in this work is the training of human resources in support of a coach. The first part of work is devoted to the explanation of two basic types of training course, methods and tools that coaches use in their practice. The second part focuses on research and a description of the actual sales skills training course and with the help of questionnaires and results of effectiveness opportunities for improvement are explored. In the last part of the work there are recommended proposals to improve both the training course to be more effective for its participants and also to design ways to increase sales after the training course, to ensure higher sales of the product.
