Abstract
This bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the current situation of collective investment in the Czech Republic. It explains the concept of collective investment. It focuses on the advantages, disadvantages, subjects and types of collective investment. It explains the selection of a suitable investment fund. Explores the history in the Czech Republic and worldwide. Evaluates collective investment in the Czech Republic. Compares the Czech Republic with Slovakia, Germany, Austria, France, Luxembourg and the UK, based on selected indicators, between 2012 and 2021. It then compares all the selected countries with each other.
