Technologický postup pro provádění základových konstrukcí bytového domu v Ostravě

Abstract

The subject of the bachelor´s thesis was the elaboration of project documentation for a building permit, for a three-storey apartment building located in Ostrava. It is a non-basement building with a total of 10 residential units. On the 1st floor there are two residential units and common areas, such as cellars for individual apartments, a bicycle shed, a carriage house and utility room. In the utility room there is a gas condensing boiler, whitch provides heating and hot water throughout the building. The bacis building materials for the construction of this building are Porotherm ceramic materials from the Wienerberger company. The main part of the bachelor´s thesis is the development of a technological proceduce for the implementation of foundation structures under an apartment building. These are concrete foundation strips. The design of foundation strips is documented by calculation. Part of the bachelor´s thesis is also the creation of a schedule and item budget for the specified stage, ie for the foundation structures.
