Finanční porovnání dvou variant řešení obvodového pláště zadané budovy

Abstract

The main aim of this bachelor thesis is the financial assesment of two different variants of external wall of new-built residential building. The buildings exteral walls with the same heat transfer coefficient are compared to make the comparison easier. The first external wall is is built from the Porotherm brick block. For the second external wall the Porotherm wall system with the Baumit contact insulation system will be used. The outcome of the bachelor thesis will be finding which of the compared variants of the external wall is cheaper for the residential buidling. The bachelor thesis includes the technical report of the residential building, itemized budget, time schedule in the form of line schedule and technological procedures of the realization of the building external wall of both variants and their thermal assessment.
