Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with the formation of odors in processing oilseeds, their measurement and detection. In the first part of the thesis deals with odors in general. The following section deals with the technology of cold plasma, as one of the most effective methods of removing odor emissions. In the final part are the results of measurements on cold plasma device for removing odor load in an industrial company
