Abstract
The main objective of this master thesis is to propose construction work realization documentation of an office building in Karviná. It is a five-storey rectangular building with a cellar and a café on the highest floor above ground. The administrative part of the building is sheltered by a green roof and the café is sheltered by a flat roof with PVC-P coating.
Thermal-technical assessment of structural components, building envelope energy label according to decree No 264/2020 Coll., and monolithic reinforced concrete staircase static analysis are also included in this thesis.
