Situační analýza společnosti OZO Ostrava s.r.o.

Abstract

The goal of the bachelor´s work is through methods of situation analysis valorize an industry position of the OZO Ostrava s.r.o. Company. At the teoretical part are descibed individual methods and analysis, especially PESTEL analysis and competitors, customers and suppliers analysis. The subject of the practical part is to identify opportunities and threats affecting an organization and it ´s strengths and weaknesses. In the next part of the work are advices and recommendations that can help to the development of the company.
