Komparace činnosti a hospodaření fotbalových klubů

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje významu sportu ve společnosti, s důrazem na roli sportovních klubů při podpoře zdraví, sociálního začleňování a rozvoji osobnosti, zejména u dětí a mladých lidí. Hlavním tématem je fotbal jako celosvětový fenomén a prostředek, který dokáže spojovat komunity. Praktická část práce porovnává dva konkrétní fotbalové kluby – SK Komárov a sportovní organizaci ŠSK a FC Bílovec, jež je v rámci práce chápaná jako jeden celek. Volba těchto klubů vychází z autorových vlastních zkušeností a dlouhodobého působení v jejich zázemí. Úvodní část práce se věnuje základním pojmům, přibližuje, jak fungují sportovní spolky v neziskovém sektoru, a popisuje strukturu fotbalu v Česku. Analýza pak popisuje činnost obou klubů, jejich financování a hospodaření, obsahuje rozhovory s jejich zástupci a SWOT analýzu. Cílem práce je srovnat fungování těchto klubů a nabídnout konkrétní doporučení pro jejich další rozvoj.

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the importance of sport in society, with an emphasis on the role of sports clubs in promoting health, social inclusion and personal development, especially in children and young people. The main theme is football as a global phenomenon and a vehicle that can bring communities together. The practical part of the thesis compares two specific football clubs – SK Komárov and the sports organization ŠSK and FC Bílovec, which is regarded as a single entity within the scope of this thesis. The choice of these clubs is based on the author's own experience and long-term work in their facilities. The introductory part of the thesis deals with basic concepts, introduces how sports associations in the non-profit sector work, and describes the structure of football in the Czech Republic. The analysis then describes the activities of both clubs, their financing and management, includes interviews with their representatives and a SWOT analysis. The aim of the thesis is to compare the functioning of these clubs and to offer concrete recommendations for their further development.
