Multifunkční dům - stavebně technologický projekt.

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je navrhnout stavebně technologický projekt multifunkčního domu pro stavební řízení. Diplomová práce řeší stavební a technologickou část objektu s ohledem na tepelně technické vyhodnocení budovy. Projektová dokumentace zahrnuje stavební výkresy, technický popis objektu, předpis technologické části (konstrukce základů) a tepelně technické posouzení obvodových konstrukcí v souladu s platnými normami a zákony. Multifunkční dům je projektován jako třípodlažní prefabrikovaná skeletová konstrukce, která je částečně podsklepena a zastřešena plochou střechou.

The aim of this master thesis is to design a multi-functional building technology project for house construction management. This master thesis addresses the construction and technological part of the object with respect to thermal and technical evaluation of the building. Project documentation includes construction drawings, technical description, prescription technological parts (design basis) and technical assessment of the thermal building envelope in accordance with the applicable standards and laws. Multifunctional house is designed as a three-storey prefabricated skeleton construction, which is partly cellar and a flat roof.
