Návrh na zlepšení vybraného procesu v organizaci

Abstract

The bachelor work´s aim is to describe theoretical and methodical fundaments of processing management in small and middle enterprises in theoretical part of work. In practical part shall be these fundaments applied in a middle enterprise on chosen process in specific department. The chosen process was suggested by management itself with a presumption that the purchasing department is the one where shall be found and reached improvement of following activities. It is a process of procurement. For chosen process was determined ways of description, i. e. Process card, Ishiakaw´s diagram, FMEA method and BPMN process map with the goal to verify the clarity for management. After recognition of current statement of the process – material purchasing and its detailed analysis, has been provide solution to implement IT technology, make wider portfolio of supplier, etc. In the end should be said that provided solution to improve chosen process, i. e. material purchasing, is only for current level of enterprise. Proposals should not fetter but support the creativity of employees in company to improve processes.
