Využití a realizace operačního programu přeshraniční spolupráce Česká republika - Polská republika v Euroregionu Silesia v programovacím období 2007 - 2013

Abstract

This thesis is focused on use funds of Operationl Programme Cross – Border Cooperation and implementation projects. The aim is to show micro-projects structure as a whole and on specific examples show how the funds are used and thein benefits. The first chapter is focused on the history of Euroregions in Europe as well as in the Czech Republic, finance cross-border cooperation in the period before and after the entry to the European Union until now. Furthermore, it is described Operational Programme Cross – Border Cooperation Czech Republic – Republic of Poland. The second chapter deals with the history of the Euroregion Silesia territory, organization structure and the individual institutions and the role of the Euroregion in Cross - Border cooperation with the focus on it as the administrator of Micro-projects Fund. The last chapter is focused on the micro-projects structure analysis and evaluation.
