Abstract

This work takes analyse, review of activity and managing of company which run a business in service of common interest. This work is apply on Technical support of city Přerov s.r.o. The first part focuses on the theory of services in economy of common interest, definition, properties or interest by Czech Republic and The European Union. Economic activity and description of working duty is described in second part. Transformation of the organization is very important information in this work. Each services or duties offering by company is detailing describe. Interpretation of this thesis is overall summary and description of all duties, complete economy situation during 2005-2009. There is important informations about transformation of the allowance organization to Ltd. Company during analyzing period.
