Postup při šetření a dokumentování pracovních úrazů

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá postupy při šetření a dokumentování pracovních úrazů. Cílem této práce je zpracovat schéma postupu šetření, zadokumentování a odškodnění pracovního úrazu na základě přehledu právních a technických předpisů vztahujících se na dotčené osoby. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na vysvětlení pojmů týkajících se dané problematiky, uvedení právních a technických předpisů a analýzu pracovní úrazovosti v České republice. V praktické části práce jsou na základě požadavků těchto předpisů vypracovány postupy při vzniku pracovního úrazu, způsob a obsah vyhotovení dokumentace a šetření pracovního úrazu včetně náhrad při odškodňování majetkové či nemajetkové újmy.

The bachelor's thesis deals with procedures for investigating and documenting work accidents. The aim of this thesis is to process a scheme of the procedure for investigating, documenting and compensating a work accident based on an overview of the legal and technical regulations applicable to the persons concerned. The theoretical part of the work is focused on the explanation of terms related to the given issue, introduction of legal and technical regulations and analysis of work accident rate in the Czech Republic. In the practical part of the work, the procedures in the event of an work accident are developed based on the requirements of these regulations, the method and content of the preparation of the documentation is elaborated, investigation of a work accident including claims for compensation for pecuniary or non-pecuniary damage.
