Posouzení vlivu exportního dodavatelského úvěru na finanční zdraví organizace

Abstract

Má diplomová práce s názvem “ Posouzení vlivu exportního dodavatelského úvěru na finanční zdraví organizace”, je zaměřená na provádění finanční analýzy. Hlavním cílem je zhodnocení finančního zdraví společnosti IMCoPharma s.r.o. v letech 2008 – 2011, která v roce 2011 získala exportní úvěr, a zjistit, zda získaný úvěr společnosti pomohl či nikoliv. Účelem finanční analýzy v této diplomové práci je tedy analyzování finanční situace podniku, vysvětlení finančních ukazatelů, posuzování příčin jejich změn a vypracování doporučení pro zlepšení.

Diplomovou práci jsem rozdělila na šest částí. Teoretická část se věnuje problematice získání úvěru právnickou osobou. Dále tato kapitola zachycuje podstatu finanční analýzy, její význam a cíle. Třetí kapitola obsahuje charakteristiku společnosti. Čtvrtá kapitola obsahuje samotnou finanční analýzu společnosti za roky 2008-2010 a vyhodnocení jejich výsledků. Následně je zpracována finanční analýza společnosti po získání úvěru. V poslední kapitole dané diplomové práce se nachází shrnutí výsledků analýzy. Dále tato kapitola obsahuje doporučená opatření, která by firma mohla uplatnit pro zlepšení svého finančního zdraví.

My diploma thesis entitled "Assessment of the Impact of Export Supplier Credit to the Financial Health of an Organization" is aimed at the implementation of financial analysis. The main object and purpose is to evaluate the financial health of the company IMCoPharma Ltd. in the years 2008 - 2011, which in 2011 received an export credit, and thus is mainly to know whether the acquired loan helped or not. The purpose of financial analysis in this thesis is to analyze the financial situation, to explain financial indicators, to assess causes of changes and to make recommendations for improvement.

Dissertation I divided into six parts. The theoretical part takes about obtaining a loan by legal entity. In addition, this chapter captures the essence of the financial analysis, its importance and goals. The third chapter consists of the description of the company. The fourth part deals with the financial analysis of the company itself for the years 2008-2010 and assessment of results. The fifth chapter describes financial analysis of the company after obtaining the loan and evaluates the situation of the company for 2011 compared to 2008-2010. The last chapter of my thesis summarizes analyzes that were performed in the analytical part. In addition, this chapter contains recommendations for action that a company could use to improve their financial health.
