Abstract

The thesis deals with the training of staff on the Czech Statistical Office. The aim of the work presented to me on the basis of the analysis of the existing education system in your organization, find suggestions and possible recommendations to streamline the training of staff. The theoretical part is focused on human resources management in the organization. Describes the process of training in the areas of the Organization and the education system, which is further broken down to identify the gaps developing needs, design educational activity, methods of education, and the subsequent evaluation of the effectiveness of training programmes. The methods section describes the objective of the research, the methods and techniques of data collection in the empirical part of the organization is selected first described its scope and, subsequently, is analysed its existing system of education. On the basis of this research thesis are the output of individual proposals and recommendations to streamline the current concept of education in the Czech Statistical Office.
