Implementace vybraných doporučení ČSN EN ISO 9004:2019 do výrobní organizace

Abstract

This thesis is focused on recommendations taken from standard ČSN EN ISO 9004:2019 – measuring of management system maturity of organization. The thesis is also focused on the process of self-assessment and measuring the level of social responsibility of the organization. The aim of this theses is to perform the self-assessment of this organizaion, to identify strenghts and weaknesses and opportunities for improvement. The outpuf of the self-assessment will also be the determination of the current level of maturity. In terms of social responsibility, the aim is to evaluate the fulfillment of social responsibility activites against requirements of the standard ČSN 01 0391 and to identify areas for improvement activities.
