Abstract

The goal of thesis is analysis and porpose possible solutions to eliminate cybercrime. In the theoretical part will be characterized by cybercrime, described the their species, occurence in the Czech Republic and in the world and concretization of the offender who commits it most. The task was to detemine the practical causes of cybercrime, analyze its consequences and its criminal sanctions, evaluate and propose possible solutions that would minimize computer crime. The work was carried out using a survey questionnaire research and evaluation of the results. The work also deals with the components of the fight against cybercrime, particularly the prevention and repression, cooperation with international instituions that seek to combat cybercrime and provides detected cases.
