The subject of this bachelor thesis is the creation of a BIM (Building Information Model) information model for Building "B" located in the VŠB-Technical University of Ostrava campus, which will be used for property management. The first part of the thesis describes basic concepts such as BIM, LOD, SNIM, CDE, and explains modeling and issues related to BIM model creation. The second part of the thesis focuses on the actual creation of the information model in ArchiCAD 26 software. The result of this bachelor thesis is an independent BIM model with specifications. The scope of the bachelor thesis is 30 pages.
