Optimalizace procesu nanášení hmot při výrobě řídicích jednotek motoru pro automobilový průmysl

Abstract

This thesis focuses on the application of Six Sigma methodology in the production process of an automotive company, with the aim of optimizing production quality and process efficiency across multiple production lines. In the introductory section, improvement methods are introduced and the importance of Six Sigma in a corporate environment is explained. The Six Sigma methodology is then discussed in detail, including the history, principles and phases of DMAIC. In the next part of the paper, the author focuses on evaluating the current state of the DC/GF sealant and hot water paste manufacturing process. Subsequently, the application of Six Sigma tools is described, which have been used to reduce the occurrence of non-conforming products in the production station and reduce the waste of the company's production resources.
