Analýza systému odměňování a motivace zaměstnanců ve strojírenském podniku

Abstract

The topic of this Master Thesis is an Analysis of Employee Remuneration and Motivation System in Engineering Company. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the situation from a remuneration and motivation of employees’ point of view. The first part of the thesis is focused on theoretical and methodological background related to the topic. The characteristics of the engineering company is done in the second part, together with analysis of the current state of motivation and remuneration system. Furthermore, I have done research based on a questionnaire survey, which aims to determine the attitude of employees to work motivation and satisfaction. In conclusion, based on the answers from the questionnaire, suggestions and recommendations are proposed for the future of the company.
