Měření vlastností nanokompozitů

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with measuring of electrical and optical properties of a polyaniline/montmorillonite (PANI/MMT) nanocomposite. Samples covered by PANI/MMT film were aquired from Nanotechnology Centre of VŠB-TU Ostrava. These samples were used for measuring of electrical resistance, and light permeability and reflection. The measurements had been performed over an extended period of time to assess stability of the measured samples properties. Furthermore, the temperature of the samples during the measuring had been changed - both increased and decreased. The measurements had been performed in automatized workplace using components from Thorlabs company. The operating system used by the components was programmed using LabVIEW software.
