Abstract

The aim of this thesis was to create a design duplex house, which will meet all the requirements of modern living. The building is located in a quiet part of the city of Ostrava where it is situated so that the main living room was open to the southwest side. Material of the building consists of two blocks, which are connected to each other and to the main entrance to the building. The bachelor thesis is prepared in accordance with applicable regulations and standards.
