Analýza snižování zátěže podnikatelských subjektů podnikajících podle živnostenského zákona

Abstract

In this thesis I am dealing with the issue of burden reduction on business entities which run their business under the Trade Act. In the introduction I am briefly stating the historical development of business under this legal standard in the Czech republic. The other parts of the thesis concern the description of basic terminology in the field of business and government resolution “Simplification of administrative procedures during initiation and the process of business.“ In the further chapters I have focused on individual steps of business simplification and I have included the presentation of a particular example. The conclusion is dedicated to the evaluation of the “Simplification of the administrative burden of businessmen, who do their business under the Trade Act“ project.
