Abstract

The subject of this diploma thesis „Proposal of Strategy in Selected Industrial Company“ is analysis of current situation of the solid fuel boilers' market and the definition of future development. The goal is to propose future development and potential strategy of the company. The diploma thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The problematic of strategy and strategic management, including the characteristics of the methods used for decision on future strategy of a company, is described in the theoretical part. The practical parts deals with the acquired knowledge and information is applied using the individual methods. The strategy of the company is finally proposed based on the result of practical part.
