Abstract

The thesis is to attend processes of employee´s selection and adaptation in a chosen organization. The aim is to analyse current situation and suggest improvement in uncovered weaknesses of processes in non-profit organization Caritas Opava. This thesis is to divide into two units – theoretical-methodical and application-verification part. In the theoretical-methodical part of the thesis there are summarize theoretical knowledge of processes of employee selection and adaptation. In the application-verification part there are stated information about organization in which this thesis was written. Beyond the current state of both processes is described and a questionnaire survey is commented. At the end of the practical part are presented suggestions for improving current processes. The problem is tried to solve principally by using methods of questionnaire survey and personal interviews with employees of this non-profit organization.
