Ph.D. The subject of the diploma thesis is the design of the urban concept of Cerna louka, and subsequently the architecture study of a House of Culture in the area of Cerna louka. The core of the project is to find the meaning of the territory for Ostrava and to strengthen it, to define the area functionally and to adapt the premises, to locate a suitable place for the construction of a House of Culture and to sensitively build on the existing historical structure of the Ostrava center as well as the natural character of the Ostravice river.
