Abstract
The thesis is focused on the recruitment and selection of employees in the company Dalkia Czech Republic a.s. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current system of recruitment and selection of employees in selected companies recommend suggestions for improvement. In the first, theoretical part, you can find explanations of important concepts related to the topic. The second practical part consists of two chapters, the first containing the characteristics of the organization and the type of analysis of the existing system of recruitment and selection of staff. After the analysis, and the analysis results are in another, the third chapter of the suggested practical recommendations.
