Analýza konkurenceschopnosti společnosti Hansen Electric, spol. s r.o.

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on analysis of competitiveness of Hansen Electric, spol. s r.o., with registered office in Opava. The thesis is divided into four parts. First part characterises selected company. Second part characterises T Machinery a.s., a selected competitor, and its production programme. Third part analyses competitiveness of selected products. First theoretical definition of Porter model of competition and SWOT analysis are analysed. Subsequently these techniques are applied for both companies. In the end of third part price and contents of selected products are characterised and compared. Fourth part of thesis is dedicated to suggestion on how to improve competitiveness of Hansen Electric, spol. s r. o..
