Etické jednání firmy jako nástroj konkurenceschopnosti

Abstract

The aim of my graduation thesis is to analyze the ethical behavior and socially responsible activities for SCA in order to prove that with this certain approach it is possible to increase the competitive strength of a company. Other supporting aims of my work are e.g. mapping of all existing national and foreign literature, and determination of main terms in business ethics and socially responsible behavior in a theoretical part of the work. The practical part is divided into different chapters containing the introduction with SCA company and various fields of business. In consequence I have analyzed the ethical and social responsibility of the company with a view of a sustainable development with the help of research approach as the observations, interviews and informal discussions within the organization. Based on all these outcomes the aim of my graduation thesis has been reached and assessment of suggestions and recommendations.
