Analýza a komparace dvou letních tenisových kempů

Abstract

The objective of this bachelor thesis is performing a comparative analysis of tennis camps taking place in Veřovice and Žamberk, which includes providing feedback in form of suggestions and recommendations for improvement. In first part are defined fundamental terms from management and marketing. In second part are described particular clubs and its camps, in addition there are evaluated questionnaire surveys and interviews with clubs managers. Furthemore the SWOT analysis was executed there. In third part are summarized results and provided suggestions and recommendations for improvement.
