Abstract
The object of this thesis „Strategic Analysis of the Selected Company in the Stage of Merger Preparation“ is to teoretically describe the problematics of fusion of two companies and the methods of internal and external strategic analysis of the company. The aim of this thesis is dedicated to applying suggested methods in the selected company PROMOS CZ, s.r.o., propose measures for succesful realization of the fusion and then carefully evaluate those selected measures.
