Abstract

The purpose of this thesis was to analyze the cause with spheroidal graphite a pinhole . Cast stock are produced by casting to the raw bentonite forms with different notches to the cast stock and a gradual gradation of thickness and degree of change in flow rate. While solving the experimental part, the influence was monitored of the composition of the forming mixture, the type of modification and an aluminum is adding the furnace. The obtained results can deduce the cause of the originate the pinholes. The defect caused an effect moisture to forming compounds and other ingredients such as carbon substances can not be definitely confirm. The important role played by aluminum added to the furnace and it was discovered that the resulting effect the pinholes have had the physical substance of hydrogen pinhole.
