Abstract

The aim of this thesis is a modification and extension of the system for email communication with technical support of company that provides web hosting services. The thesis contains an analysis of the current state of the system, especially the part related to the requested modifications, and a description of the bottlenecks. The thesis includes the analysis due to the deployment of such a system, design and implementation process of adjustment, problem solving and a list of parts made by extending the user interface. The thesis contains also a description of used technologies, final testing process and simple user and programmer's manual describing the use of the changes in the system.
