Abstract
This bachelor's thesis deals with the problematics of customer satisfaction evaluation. The goal of this bachelor's thesis is a proposal to improve the current condition of customer satisfaction in the selected company. This is preceded by dealing with the given problematics in the theoretical part, analysis of the current condition of the company, proposal of methodology and evaluation method, followed by data collection and their evaluation.
