Studie objektu nového areálu VTP Ostrava Poruba

Abstract

This diploma thesis focused on the study of a building in the new scientific and technological park compound, located in Ostrava Poruba. The design was made in two variants, one of which represented an economical design realization. The textual part involved general requirements for public facilities placement in the VTP localities. Furthermore, the thesis described both variants with respect to disposition, typology, and the construction and technological side. The work also dealt with the calculations of energy, water, and waste and rainwater consumption. It was also concerned with the design and positioning of possible types of rainwater absorbing systems. Finally, the calculations of financial demands and a plan of static transport layout, including underground parking in one of the designs, were done in this thesis. The practical part was made in the scope of the study and all the necessary designs were enclosed. Both variants were drawn up respecting laws, regulations and standards.
