Abstract

This thesis focuses on the issue of risks in NetDirect s.r.o. company and presents a proposal to reduce negative impacts in a selected department of the business. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts, where the theoretical part refers to literary sources and the practical part applies the theory to analyze the company. The practical part describes analyses of the company's external and internal environment and a SWOT analysis is compiled. Furthermore, Winterling's risk matrix is described, which shows the preparedness or unpreparedness of the company for identified risks within the technical support department and the entire business. The thesis further focuses on identifying specific risks and their impact on the business. In conclusion, specific measures are proposed to eliminate risks, which focus on prevention and minimizing the impacts of risks. The results of the analyses and proposed recommendations are evaluated in terms of their benefits to the business. The thesis is concluded with a final evaluation and a list of information sources.
