Analýza konkurenceschopnosti vybraného podniku

Abstract

Theme of my graduation theses (diploma paper) is the competitiveness analysis of the choosen company. It is ConmetRON Ltd company which produce offices supplies, industrial binders and another wires products. The these describes keynote asspects of competitivnes analysis in this company. I suggest on the basis of these analyses the potential strategy for its raising (increasing) market share. I choose this theme because I think that monitoring of competition and suit to it is very important for the modern company which ConmetRON Ltd is.
