Příprava organizace na certifikaci systému managementu společenské odpovědnosti

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou společenské odpovědnosti firem (CSR) a její integrací do zavedeného systému řízení organizace. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část práce se věnuje zejména konceptu CSR, ale je v ní také popsán jeho vztah k systému managementu kvality a princip integrace systémů. Praktická část vznikla ve spolupráci s firmou BENKO KLIMA s. r. o. Prostřednictvím analýzy interních zdrojů firmy a rozhovorů se zaměstnanci autor uvádí společensky odpovědné aktivity firmy a dále navrhuje doplnění těchto aktivit tak, aby byla firma připravená na certifikaci organizace dle normy ČSN 01 0391. Všechny navržené aktivity jsou doplněny o integrované zavedení do systému kvality.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and its integration into the established management system of the organization. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part of the thesis is mainly devoted to the concept of CSR, but it also describes the relationship to the quality management system and the principle of system integration. The practical part was created in cooperation with the company BENKO KLIMA s. r. o. Through the analysis of the company's internal resources and interviews with employees, the author presents the socially responsible activities of the company and further suggests the addition of these activities so that the company is ready for the certification of organization according to the ČSN 01 0391 standard. All proposed activities are supplemented by integrated introduction into the quality system.
