Komparace veřejné dopravní obslužnosti ve vybraných městech

Abstract

This thesis deals with comparison of the public city service in chosen cities. City transportation is a system of mass means of transport which provide transit of persons and has a very important significance for city and its macroeconomics. The aim of the thesis is the interpretation of comparative analysis of indicators in management of chosen fourteen city transit companies. The main theory was set to meet the goal that bigger cities provide more compensation to city transport. This theory is divided into five parts. Ascertained results show that city transport is for all cities financially demanding issue and make an essential part of their budget expenditures. The aim of the thesis was reached. The set basic theory, from which five partial theories work on, was approved – in most of categories, which were followed, it was not confirmed.
