Abstract

MIKSTEIN, O.: Passive family house, Ostrava 2022. Bachelor thesis. VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Architecture 226, thesis supervisor: doc. Ing. Eva Špačková, Ph.D. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design a family house in a passive standart. The house is located in village Dobrá near Fýdek Místek and the documentation for this house is at the level of project documentation for construction. This bachelor thesis was developed from a study designed in class Atelierova tvorba V and from a building permit designed in class Atelierova tvorba Va. The bachelor thesis consits two parts, drawing documentation and technical report. Specialization of this bachelor thesis was on a technical equipment of the house with main focus on air conditioning. The passive standart was achieved by a reduction of a need for electricity.
