Plánování oprav a rekonstrukcí na základě fyzické životnosti objektu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou plánování oprav a rekonstrukcí na základě fyzické životnosti objektu a vytvoření vzorového plánu preventivní údržby, kontrol a revizí. V teoretické části práce pojednává o teoretická východiska plánu životní cyklus staveb, opotřebení stavby, předpokládaná životnost staveb. Dále jsou definovány pojmy údržba, kontrol a revizi s jejich příslušným rozdělením. V závěru teoretické části je uvedená rozdělení revizí. Praktická části je aplikovaná na budovu A, Fakulta stavební, kde jsou detailně popsány jednotlivé konstrukční díly budov, který jsou rozdělen do 25- ti položek podle Vyhl. č. 3/2008 Sb. – Oceňování majetku. Dále bakalářka práce zaobírá softwarovým nástrojem Buildpass, jeho výhodami a využitím. Závěrem praktické části je uvedena SW buildpass.

This thesis deals with the planning of repairs and renovations to the physical life of the building and development of a model plan preventive maintenance checks and inspections. The theoretical part discusses the theoretical basis of the plan life cycle of buildings, construction wear, and life expectancy of buildings. The following are the terms maintenance, monitoring and reviewing of their respective distributions. At the end of the theoretical part is provided the distributions of the revisions. The practical part is applied to building A of the Faculty of Civil Engineering. The structural parts of this building are described in detail; they are divided into 25 items by the decree No. 3/2008 –Valuation of property. Furthermore this bachelor thesis deals with a software tool named Buildpass, its benefits and uses. Finally, the practical part includes SW buildpass.
